Getting started
What is Adwave?
Adwave is an AI-powered advertising platform that creates and runs a connected campaign from your website. It brings image and video creative, audiences, media buying, and website reporting into one workflow.
Is Adwave just for TV advertising?
No. Adwave is a multichannel product. Campaigns can include Facebook and Instagram, Google Search, YouTube, display, Reddit, mobile apps, websites, and streaming TV. TikTok is available through early access. The eligible mix depends on your budget and campaign settings.
How do I get started?
Enter your website, review the business profile and suggested audience, and preview your ads. Refine the creative, choose a daily budget and area, then add funds and launch when you are ready.
Do I need my own Google, Meta, or TV advertising accounts?
You can create and run your campaign in Adwave without opening separate accounts with each advertising platform. Adwave handles the placement buying.
Who is it built for?
Small businesses, local services, restaurants, retailers, and growing brands can use Adwave directly. Marketing teams and agencies also have options for coordinating campaigns and client workspaces.
Creating and reviewing ads
What kinds of ads does Adwave create?
Adwave creates image ads and video creative from your website, including social formats and 15- or 30-second TV creative. Ad copy and visual assets are adapted to eligible placements. Explore the format examples.
Can I review and change the creative?
Yes. Preview the campaign and use the chat editor to refine it before you approve. Check business details, offers, imagery, and the destination page before launch.
Do I need professional photos or video?
Your website provides the starting material, so you do not need to arrange a production shoot to start. Clear, accurate brand assets and a useful offer help the creative represent your business well.
Do I need a separate creative product?
No. Campaign creative is part of the Adwave workflow. You do not need a separate Wavemaker account to create your campaign ads.
What can I explore in the ad gallery?
Explore 15 campaign examples with video, image, and search ads. Choose a business to compare formats, hear the narration, and see how each ad leads to a booking, visit, or purchase. Start with your own website to preview ads for your business.
Channels, audiences, and reach
Does every campaign run on every channel?
No. The available mix depends on budget, settings, inventory, and campaign eligibility. A useful mix gives each channel enough budget to do its job; more logos do not automatically mean a better campaign.
Which channels are available at different budgets?
Published starting points are $30/day for the core mix, around $35/day for Reddit, $67/day for Google Search, and $91/day for TikTok early access. TikTok must be selected through Customize and is not part of the default live mix. See the current pricing planner.
Can I reach people only near my business?
Yes. Choose a radius, ZIP codes, a city, or a broader area. Businesses serving customers nationally can use wider reach.
How do the channels help one another?
A video or social ad can introduce your business before someone searches. Useful messages across feeds and websites can add context. Search can connect with people expressing an active need. The channels overlap and people do not follow one fixed path. Explore the mix visually.
Can I choose who sees the ads?
Review the suggested customer profiles and refine the available audience and location settings. Targeting options vary by channel and campaign category.
Budgets and payment
How much does Adwave cost?
Business campaigns start at $30/day and support budgets up to $10,000/day. Media is prepaid, with no business subscription, contract, or platform fee on media spend. Agency workspaces use a separate monthly license. Review pricing.
Can I preview without a card?
Yes. You can review recommended ads before adding a payment card or funding the campaign.
How does the wallet work?
Add funds to a prepaid wallet, with top-ups from $30. Active campaigns use their daily budgets. If funds run out, campaigns pause. Auto-refill is optional, and undelivered media is credited.
Is ad creation included?
Campaign ads for businesses are included. Published extra creation prices are $0.38 per image, $6 per social video, $6 per 15-second TV spot, and $12 per 30-second TV spot. Copy edits are free; failed renders refund their creation credit.
How does the starter credit work?
Eligible individual signups receive $60 in starter credit, activated with a deposit within 14 days. Agency workspaces do not receive this starter credit.
Can I pause or change my budget?
Yes. You can change the daily budget or pause the campaign. Review your campaign and wallet details for the effect on active spend and any credited undelivered media.
Results and optimization
What can I measure?
Connect the website tracker to see site activity and configured conversions alongside campaign activity. Depending on your setup, those actions can include purchases, inquiries, and bookings. Revenue-based metrics require appropriate value data.
Can you measure visits from TV as well as clickable ads?
Reporting can include website visits and conversions attributed to TV exposure as well as other channels. Attribution depends on available signals, consent, and tracking configuration; it does not identify every viewer or prove that one ad caused a sale.
Will external bookings and offline sales appear automatically?
No. A third-party booking platform, a phone conversation, or an in-store sale may require additional setup or a separate measurement approach. Ask the team about the actions that matter for your business.
What does Autopilot do?
Adwave reviews campaign performance on hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly cadences. Available signals inform changes to audiences, creative, bids, and media allocation. You retain approval and budget controls.
How soon will I see results?
There is no universal timetable. Your offer, buying cycle, market, creative, budget, and website all matter. Look for meaningful business actions over a useful period, not just an early burst of clicks.
Does Adwave guarantee customers or ROAS?
No. Estimated planning figures are not promised results. Use actual campaign reporting and your business outcomes to decide what to improve or scale.
Agencies, accounts, and support
Can an agency use Adwave under its own brand?
Yes. Agency options include a branded domain, separate client workspaces, and media at cost. Published licenses start at $499/month, with higher tiers for greater managed media spend. Explore agency plans.
