Customer Success Director

Lead our customer success efforts and build relationships with small businesses using Adwave. You'll own the post-signup experience, help customers launch successful campaigns, analyze performance data, and turn feedback into product improvements. The ideal candidate has worked in customer success for SaaS products, understands small business challenges, and can translate complex advertising concepts into actionable guidance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through their first campaigns

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations

  • Build scalable support processes and documentation

  • Identify trends and advocate for customer needs to product team

  • Drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction

Social Media Manager

Own our social media presence and tell the Adwave story across platforms. You'll create content that resonates with small business owners, showcase customer success stories, educate audiences about TV advertising, and build community. The ideal candidate understands B2B/SMB social media, can create engaging content (video, graphics, copy), and knows how to turn followers into customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

  • Create compelling content: customer stories, educational posts, industry insights

  • Manage community engagement and respond to comments/messages

  • Collaborate with customers to showcase their ads and results

  • Track performance and optimize content strategy based on data

Ruby on Rails Engineer

Build and scale the platform that powers Adwave. You'll work on our Rails application handling ad creation, campaign management, billing, analytics, and integrations with ad networks. The ideal candidate has strong Rails experience, writes clean and maintainable code, understands database optimization, and can architect scalable systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop features for ad creation workflow, campaign management, and user dashboard

  • Integrate with third-party APIs (payment processors, ad networks, analytics)

  • Optimize database queries and application performance

  • Write tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain code quality

  • Collaborate with design and product to build features users love

Python Engineer

Build the data pipelines, automation, and backend services that power Adwave's ad delivery and analytics. You'll work on campaign optimization, audience targeting algorithms, performance reporting, and integrations with ad platforms. The ideal candidate has production Python experience, understands data engineering, and can build reliable systems that process millions of ad impressions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build data pipelines for processing campaign performance data

  • Develop algorithms for budget pacing, targeting optimization, and fraud detection

  • Create integrations with ad networks and reporting APIs

  • Build internal tools and automation to improve operational efficiency

  • Monitor system health, debug issues, and ensure data accuracy

AI Engineer (ML & Model Development)

Build and train the AI models that power Adwave's ad creation. You'll work on everything from analyzing website content and extracting brand assets to generating ad scripts, selecting visuals, and optimizing creative performance. The ideal candidate has deep ML/AI expertise, experience building and training production models, and a strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop models for website analysis, brand asset extraction, and ad script generation

  • Train and fine-tune LLMs for advertising-specific tasks

  • Build computer vision systems for image selection and video composition

  • Optimize model performance for speed and quality

  • Experiment with new AI techniques to improve ad creation and performance

  • Deploy models to production and monitor their real-world performance
