Getting Started with Adwave

  • Simply provide basic information about your business, and Adwave’s AI instantly generates a polished, broadcast-ready TV ad. You can review, adjust, and launch your ad within minutes.

  • You can generate an ad in about two minutes and launch a campaign in under ten.

  • Not at all. Adwave is intuitive and user-friendly with no video editing or production experience required.

  • Mostly small-to-medium local businesses—retail shops, restaurants, realtors, clinics, and service pros—plus growing e-commerce brands.

Creating & Editing Your Ads

  • Yes, use the chat-based editor to tweak images, music, text, colors, voice-over, and more before launching your ad.

  • Absolutely. Drag-and-drop a file or paste an image URL directly into the chat panel to replace visuals in any scene.

  • Each edit request kicks off a background render job and typically finishes in 1–2 minutes. You'll see a spinner until the new preview is ready.

  • Yes. Adwave provides layouts and messaging tuned for retail, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, professional services, and more.

  • Ads are 30 seconds by design—proven optimal for attention and message clarity.

  • Retry later—most errors are temporary—or contact support with your URL so we can investigate.

  • Un-signed-in visitors are limited to a set number of creative generations per day as an anti-spam measure. Log in or wait 24 hours to try again.

Campaign Setup & Targeting

  • Your ad runs on 100+ premium channels and networks including NBC, Hulu, ESPN, and more. See our full channel list here.

  • Yes—choose Local (address + radius) or National targeting. Demographic optimization is handled automatically behind the scenes.

  • The settings page pre-fills $100 and a two-week run starting tomorrow. You can override both before payment.

  • Yes, create as many campaigns as you like; each is managed and billed separately.

  • After your campaign is purchased and scheduled, the targeting, budget, and ad itself are locked in. You can pause your ad at any time, and if you need to make other changes, just reach out to our support team, they’ll help you update or relaunch your campaign.

Pricing & Payment Information

  • Campaigns start at $50. You choose the total budget and Adwave paces it automatically—never spending beyond what you set.

  • All major credit/debit cards via Stripe; you can store multiple cards and set a default.

  • Adwave does not store or see your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, our trusted payment partner. If you opt to save your card, Stripe securely stores it so you can use it again later.

  • Go to Account Settings → Payment Methods to add, delete, or change your default card.

  • Double-check card details, ensure funds are available, and complete any 3-D Secure pop-ups. Trying another card or calling your bank often resolves the issue.

  • A receipt email is sent automatically after payment. Can't find it? Ask support and we'll resend.

Performance & Analytics

  • You can track everything from your Adwave dashboard. It shows how many times your ad has been viewed, daily view trends, your spend compared to budget, an interactive map of where audiences watched, and a list of the TV channels your ad ran on.

  • TV ads don’t have clickable links, but viewers can scan your on-screen QR code to visit your website. Adwave tracks those scans. If you add our tracking script to your site, you’ll also see when people who viewed your ad later visit your site.

Account & Authentication

  • Check email spam/junk and SMS inbox, then request a new code. Only the latest code is valid.

  • It's likely expired or you entered an older code. Request a fresh one and enter the newest 6-digit number exactly.

  • Yes, if social login is enabled for your workspace, click "Continue with Google" on the sign-in screen to use OAuth instead of email/SMS.
